BARTENDERS
Position: Bartender (Part time. Wednesday - Sunday flexibility & evenings required)
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Position includes all aspects of opening, serving, and closing our taproom & kitchen, with attention to customer service and working as a team. Includes cash handling, pouring beverages, serving food, and maintaining a clean, safe atmosphere for all.
Job Requirements:
21+ years old
Enthusiastic, versatile, & punctual team player who contributes to a positive work environment
Experience in beverage and/or restaurant service
Effective time management, productivity, and prioritization skills
Attention to detail & organization
Point of sales knowledge and basic math skills
Food Handlers Certification & RBS Certification (within 30 days of hire)
Ability to regularly twist turn and lift equipment and supplies up to 60 lbs
Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours
Preferred Qualifications:
Cicerone certification (any level)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Compensation: $16.90/hr + tips (additional $10-$25/hr)
