CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

If there is a problem with your order please contact us so we can make it right! 

PICK UP

If you placed an order for pick up and you are unable to come get your beer and would like to cancel your order, please reply to your order confirmation email or reach out to us at info@fruitionbrewing.com and we will refund your order. 

DELIVERY

If you would like to cancel a scheduled delivery order please send an email to info@fruitionbrewing.com by 5pm the day before the scheduled delivery and we will cancel and refund the order. No cancellation for same day delivery orders. 

If we attempt delivery and no one is home to receive it, a 20% restocking fee may apply to cancel the order. 

SHIPPING BREAKAGE AND SPILLAGE

If you received a shipment and there is a broken bottle or busted can, please immediately take pictures of the box and damaged merchandise. Send them to us in a reply to your order confirmation or at info@fruitionbrewing.com, and we will file an insurance claim with the shipper and refund you for the damaged product.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (alcohol excluded). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. You also must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Alcohol purchases are not eligible for return.

If you have a quality control complaint with regards to our beer, please let us know, and an exchange may be made on a case by case basis.
